Return and exchange policy

The product will only be returned or replaced in the following cases:

1) There is a manufacturing defect in the product.

2) The product arrived damaged.

3) If the product does not conform to specifications and standards.

4) The product does not match the description mentioned on the website (change of the label or version by the company is not included among the products that can be returned or exchanged)

In other cases, the product cannot be returned or exchanged, as the products we sell are related to hygiene and health. To preserve the safety of the product you are purchasing, we at Abyati Stores do not accept selling you returned or exchanged products, in order to preserve your health and safety.

The customer must pay the return policy amount if he wishes to return the order outside the Tabuk region.

The refund period ranges from 2 to 6 days, depending on the customer's bank.

Transfer via bank only

The exchange and return period is from 3 hours to 72 hours within Tabuk.

The exchange and return period outside Tabuk is from 3 to 14 days.
